Have you tried removing the app and reinstalling it?

Yes, I've been on with support seven times. Uninstalled the app, changed password, restarted the phone and nothing works. Have been told three times that the engineering department is going to contact me, but never have. My subscription is paid through June 2023. What is the point of having the cameras and subscription if they can't be monitored. This is seeming to be a legal issue at the moment.

Would you mind trying to connect your device to an alternative network, such as a mobile hotspot, and see if there will be a difference?
