Smart Home App on Samsung tablet

The Roku Smart Home mobile App works fine on Samsung Android mobile phone but I doesn't work on Samsung Android tablet, Android version 10. At App sign in screen the reply is "The email or password provided does not match our records". Account is legit and active.
