Smart Bulbs Randomly Drop Colors

I have two smart bulbs paired to the same color and set to come on/off at a specific time. For Halloween I set them both up to an orange color. They worked fine for most of the month of October. Ironically on Nov 1 they both dropped the orange color and went white. The next day one was orange and one was white. The day after that they were both orange again. 

What can I do to make sure they hold their color settings?

    We see that you are seeing this behavior on your Smart Bulbs, and we'd like to know if you've reset this and see if there are any differences after that.
