Roku wireless video doorbell not connecting to the internet
Hi, I got a wire-free video doorbell and chime SE in August. It was working fine until about a month ago the video part stopped working but the doorbell kept working. It now not let me connect it to the internet when trying to connect the device on the Roku smart home app. Can anyone help with this or should I just get a new one?

Before we proceed, we would like to know what error codes or messages you are getting when you're trying to reconnect your Roku Smart device to your Roku Smart Home app.
In the meantime, we recommend you try the following:
Restart your video doorbell:
- Loosen the security screw at the bottom of the doorbell
- Remove the backplate of your doorbell by sliding it down and then pulling it away
- Press the Power button to turn the doorbell off
- Wait 10 seconds
- Press the Power button again to turn the doorbell on
Restart your modem and router:
Unplug the modem and router from the power source for 10 seconds and wait until it loads completely before you connect again your Roku Wire-Free Video Doorbell to the internet.Test your Wi-Fi range.
Check your smart home device's signal quality in the smart home app. If your device has no bars or one bar, try moving or mounting it closer to your router.-
- Tap Home from the navigation bar
- Select your device
- Tap Settings
- Select Device info
- Check the three bars to see the signal quality
