Roku white bulb not working

I bought 4 bulbs 2 bulbs are working but not the other 2 won't turn on now. 

My wifi and power are on. The pairing started and seemed to be working then it stopped on 2 of the 4. The bulb turned off and now the bulb won't turn on. I did the reset no good. Moved to another location no good.
