Roku Smart Plug SE will not power on.

I bought. Roku Smart Plug two days ago. The smart plug was controlling the lights on my Christmas tree.

My power went out today for 5 minutes.  After that, the Roku Smart Plug will not turn.  I tried to do the "power loss recovery" option in the app, but that option is not available for my plug.

I waited on the online chat for a long time, but I can't get a hold of customer service. No one is responding to me in the chat.

What can I do to fix this issue?

    Welcome to the Roku Community!

Thanks for bringing to our attention that your Roku Smart Plug SE is not powering on. We would be more than willing to sort this out for you.

Before we start, could you please tell us what is the model of your Roku Smart Plug SE? In the meantime, let's see if this will work for you.

    Restart your Smart plug
Unplug the smart plug from the power source and then plug it back in.

    Factory reset your plug

    1. Plug in your smart plug if not already powered on
    2. Press and hold the Power button until the status light begins to flash blue.

Try also to plug it into different power outlets. If the issue persists, please let us know.

    Cheers,
