Roku smart home app keeps giving me this error code %s). What does it mean

Roku smart home app keeps giving me a error code and it is %s). What does this code mean and I just bought the roku outdoor camera and I can't get it to link to any device what do I do

I'd say it means there's a bug in the code.  When having trouble with the app it's best to try removing it and reinstalling it.

    Mine does too .. It even let me use my wifi phone to make a new account but it wobt remove my device.  How is there a bug in the device ... Or how do i remove it.  I bought the product an now i cant use it just because i chose to have it disconnected for a while ???

      Have you already tried uninstalling and installing the app? This might help with this error you've been getting, so kindly do so.

        Yes. I'm having the same issue. Brand new camera. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Same error code.HELP!
