Roku smart bulb white. Initial setup can’t get past firmware update

I have 2 new white smart bulbs and I can’t seem to get them working. The initial setup goes very fast until I get to the firmware update then it seems to just stop. I have tried 3 different light soc...

  • Log ID:  (pull up your Roku Smart Home app home page > select Account > Roku Support > Submit a Log)
  • Firmware version
