Roku smart bulb white. Initial setup can’t get past firmware update

I have 2 new white smart bulbs and I can’t seem to get them working. The initial setup goes very fast until I get to the firmware update then it seems to just stop. I have tried 3 different light sockets. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the smart home app multiple times. I have reset the light bulbs multiple times. I have reset my router. I have even deleted the app,factory reset bulbs, restarted my phone, install app,re linked them, still fails to update. I know the internet connection is good and they are connected to a 2.4 ghz network. Just can’t seem to get these to work and it’s very frustrating. Current firmware is 1.0.0.18. Needs to update to 1.0.1.14
