Roku Outdoor Camera No Events Recording
I have a subscription, but my floodlight camera is not showing the events as it was before my trial ended. Again I purchased the subscription. i have read through the community posts. I have tried resetting the floodlight. I have tried adjusting the detection area, the sensitivity levels. I still get no logs on the events.
I'm currently wasting money and don't have the security I paid for.

Let's see if this works for you.
- Update the Smart Home app and the camera firmware
- Check Detection settings are enabled
- Uninstall and reinstall the Smart Home app
- If the previous steps don’t work, you may need to reset the camera to factory settings.
For your Roku smart bulbs and plugs that are not following the Schedule, try deleting the Rule and creating it again. For more tips, click here.
