Roku light bulb color not going into music mode

My Roku light bulb color will not go into music mode, I do have the light strip and the light strip is working in music mode, but the bulbs are not. I have reset them, moved the strip mic closer, and still nothing, they are up to date and everything has been reset and reconnected. Not sure what to do.
