Roku Indoor Cameras, Bought 2, One wont work

I placed 2 cameras in my dad's new retirement home apartment.   One works beautifully,  the other hasn't work a full hour since I set it up.  Constantly "unable to connect".  When they work they are perfect.  I've tried ALL the suggestions, thoughts?

    Was the camera successfully set up before the error message appeared? Also, what is the status light of your camera?
