Roku indoor camera won't connect to TV.

SoI’ve installed my camera and the Roku app on my phone and I can see everything fine, then I downloaded Roku camera on my TV but the app doesn’t give me the option to connect the camera to the app on my tv!!! Someone help

    Troubleshooting steps

    • Verify the accounts logged in
    • On Mobile
    • On the Roku Smart Home app home page tap the "Account" tab in the bottom right
    • Tap Account
    • Note the account logged in is marked in the email section.

    On Roku Streaming Device

    • Using the Roku remote control press the home button (A button that looks like a house in the upper right of the remote)
    • Navigate up or down using the directional pad to settings > System > About 
    • The Roku account logged in will be listed under "Roku Account"

    If the accounts are different, then it is suggested to log out of the new one on the mobile app and log into the one you are using for your streaming devices. Before doing this, you should delete and reset each device on the account you are not going to use so you can set them up on the appropriate app.

    Is the TV linked to the same Roku account as the app on your phone?
