Roku Indoor Camera won't connect to the internet

I bought 4 new indoor Roku cameras today. 3 of the 4 cameras connected with no issues, but the 4th won’t connect beyond the choosing the WiFi option. It makes the noise like it’s connecting to WiFi, ...

    Thanks for the update, morgan126​ 

    It seems that your Roku camera won't connect to the app when setting it up. We're here to assist. Please try to follow these steps. 

    1. Restart your Roku Camera (Unplug and replug the camera)
    2. Factory Reset the Camera (Press and hold the Setup button for 10 seconds)
    3. Try to set up your Roku Indoor Camera again.

I understand that one of your new Roku Cameras won't connect to the internet. 

Can you please share a photo of the error message you see so we can check it out? Also, what steps have you taken so far?

Hello,

I have attached a screenshot of where I get stuck. This is the step after selecting the WiFi network. 

 

The app/phone detects the camera, then asks for a wifi connection. The white light slowly pulses, then the camera pings and the yellow light begins blinking and I get the error message on my screen. I have also tried entering setup mode multiple times.
