Roku indoor camera not recording events after trial

I have the same issue.  After some research it appears that the Roku cameras will only send sporadic notifications once your 2 week trial is over.  It may work a few days then stop working for a few ...

    Hey everyone!

    If you're noticing that your Roku Smart Camera or video doorbell isn't recording events after the trial, here’s a quick breakdown:

    • With a Roku Smart Home Subscription, your camera saves event recordings (video clips) for 14 days in the cloud, plus you can back them up to a micro SD card if the internet drops.
    • Without a subscription, it only stores event recordings as a single image, but you can still back up video clips to a micro SD card.

Same for me, what a waste of money.  Just needed alerts for motion and get nothing since free trial over😡

We will be more than happy to assist you further with this issue that you're having with the Roku indoor camera SE. Please check if the notification on your Roku smart home app is on, as well as if the push notification is enabled, and ensure that the Roku smart home app is allowed to send notifications on your device.
