    Hi ttgzayy,

Thanks for your first post in the Roku Community!

We understand that you are having trouble hearing anything from your Roku Indoor Camera when trying two-way audio. No worries, we are more than willing to assist.

We recommend you try the following troubleshooting below:

    1. Check if your Roku Smart Home app and Roku Camera firmware are up to date.
    2. Refresh the Live Stream:
In the Roku Smart Home app, tap Home to exit the doorbell's Live Stream. Tap your Video Doorbell in the app again to reload the stream.
    3. Restart the Roku Smart Home app to clear up any possible memory issues.
    4. Restart the camera:
Camera page > Settings > Restart Device
    5. Power cycle the camera:
Unplug the USB cable from the back of your camera > Wait 10 seconds > and then Plug the cable back into the camera's power input port.
    6. Factory reset your camera:
Plug it in if it is not already powered on. > Press and hold the Setup button for 10 seconds. > Wait at least 30 seconds for your camera to restart. After a successful reset, you will see the status light on your camera flashing red and you have to reset it up. Roku Indoor Camera SE setup instructions
    7. Check the signal strength:
Settings > Device Info> Signal Strength. If it is below 3 bars, we suggest you move the camera closer to the router.

Please let us know if the issue persists after following the troubleshooting steps suggested.
We look forward to your response.

    Regards,
    Riamie
