Roku home app on my phone

My smart home app on my phone won't show me the videos that are recorded, it just shows the live feed and my subscription is up to date. Need help ASAP!! PLEASE AND THANKS

    Try these steps:

    1. Uninstall the Roku mobile app from your device.
    2. Reinstall the app. You can visit this link for reference: Roku Smart Home app.
    3. Log in with your credentials.

    Once you’ve done that, check to see if you’re able to log in and if the issue improves.

       Every time I try to click on the app on my phone it says sorry not able to open the app at this time or something like that and it just keeps on going back to the home app to sign in repeating if you could shoot me an email thank you
