Roku Doorbell will not charge

I have had Roku cameras for about 2 years now. We just bought the wireless doorbell camera and the camera will not charge. Even using the cord that was provided, amongst other adapters and cords. This has been an ongoing issue with no help or feedback from the Roku help and support. Why am I paying for a subscription if I’m not even getting my moneys worth?
