I’ve done all the troubleshooting I possibly can this item is not working at all.
From one day to the next the power was off and couldn’t get the device to charge with numerous different cord's.
Checked to see if it could be accidentally be powered off online and no.
Power button in the back does nothing no lights are on can anyone plz help me.
