Roku colorful bulb does not work

I purchased a roku lightbulb colourful from walmart and after failing to pair the first time I tried again and it would not even turn on. I tried to reset it and it still does not work. Either give me a refund or fix my problem now. Very bad costomer service

    me41, can't you take it back to Walmart?  They may be easier to deal with than Roku.
