Roku cameras all lock up in Android app

I currently have three roku interior security cameras that will record 1-3 seconds of footage before locking up and staying on a still image. This occurs 100% of the time without exception. I have tried restarting my router, restarting the device, deleting and reloading the application, checking for firmware updates. Phone is in good health without bloatware or background apps running. Network is 2 Gbps fiber with great 2.4 ghz coverage. Going back several years in your forums I looked up any post I could and tried any possible fringe suggestions from other users, no luck or success finding any post where this was resolved. Is there any actual solution or did I get sold three wildly priced paper weights at Walmart?

All three are CS1000X running firmware 7.0.0 build 26-FD as of 10/24/2025

    Phone is a Google Pixel 7 running android version 16 build BP3A.250905.014 regardless of being connected to same wifi (phone connection to 2.4 or 5 ghz wifi, or from outside of network does not impact results)

    Looks like you're running into a Smart Home App that locks up and stays on a still image. To help us narrow things down, could you confirm if you have tried Smart Home Web View to see if you encounter the same behavior?
