Roku camera audio not working

Just got the whole set-up a couple day ago.. Both types of indoor camera and door chime. I'm having problems with the audio not working. But I get a muffled sounds. If I scream into my phone thru the app I can hear myself a little.  Has it really been over a year and still no fix for this problem? I tried all the  troubleshoot above. Has anyone on here gotten their camera's audio working. I'm an impatient person, I see a refund in the near future, not dealing with all this nonsense to fix something that should be working from the start.  Don't reply with the same bot msg. I need to speak to a real person or it's back to the store with this junk.

    1. Update the Roku Smart Home app to ensure you have the latest version.
    2. Check the firmware for your Roku Camera to ensure they’re up to date.
    3. Power cycle: Flip the breaker to OFF, wait 5-10 seconds, then turn it back ON. This will restart both the Camera and Floodlight.
    4. Factory reset your camera: How to reset.

    Having same exact issue. Everything else works fine.

        When watching the feed from my cameras there is an extremely deafening and overly immense amount of static sounding noise constantly going in the background so much so that it drowns out the actually important sounds of voices or our animals make a noise they can barely be heard! How can I adjust my sound to make the background as clear and quiet as possible?
