Mine just started as well. It’ll work on my phone and as soon as I click on the app the live stream is frozen.

I have an Indoor SE camera in my house. I use the app religiously and everything is working good through the Roku Smart home on my cellphone. I had it playing through two TV and it works fine on 1/2.
I have a specific TV in my house, in which is also a Roku TV, that will not livestream the camera.
It used to work, but suddenly it stopped. You open the camera, and it’s already immediately frozen. Everything else works except this one TV.
I have reset everything, deleted the camera and readded it, I have reset the camera, etc.
Please help!

Hi Krista52,
Welcome to the Roku Community!
Thanks for sharing with us your issue about the Roku camera app on your Roku TV that keeps on freezing when you try to use the application. We'd be glad to assist you with this.
Let's see if this will work for you.
- Check the other applications on your Roku TV to see if this only happened to the Roku Camera app.
- Check your internet connection:
Open a web browser on your mobile device and visit a public website such as www.roku.com. If this fails proceed with the next steps. - Restart your router:
- Unplug the modem from the power source
- Wait for 10 seconds
- Plug it back and wait until it loads before you connect again your camera.
If the issue continues, try downloading a Roku Camera app on another Roku device or TV, if possible, to see if the same problem occurs.
Please keep us posted.

All my other applications are working fine, it’s just the Roku Camera app. It’s working fine on my other tv and on my phone.
