Roku Battery Camera Spotlight Setup Issue

So I bought the battery camera and it says it can be put inside and out and it also says spotlight the set up was easy but I’m having difficulty with setting up the motion detection and the advanced settings it keeps me in a loading page for what feels like forever and when I open the app and I press the camera it taste forever to load I’ve tried everything and my WiFi connection is very strong I have another camera but that’s the camera that comes with a door bell/ chime and it was very easy to set up and works perfectly well. Please help me or contact me with a solution for this!!
