Roku 360 camera will not connect

My Roku 360 camera will not connect to my camera

    We would like to have a closer look at your issue with the Roku Indoor Camera 360 SE that is not connecting. Please provide us with the following details below:

    • Is this the first setup for this camera, or has it been set up before?
    • What is the error code/message that you are getting?
    • How far is your camera from the modem or router?

    In the meantime, we recommend you try these troubleshooting steps below:

    1. Ensure that your Smart Home app is up to date.
    2. Restart your modem by unplugging it from the power source for 10 seconds.
    3. Restart your Roku Indoor Camera 360 SE.
