Resetting cw200cx is not working
Hi..what is the secret to resetting a cw200cx? Holding the reset for 10 seconds does not work

We are here to assist you today regarding with your concern about resetting the Roku Outdoor Wired Camera. No worries, help is here.
If pressing and holding the Setup button of the camera for 10 seconds wont reset the camera, we suggest you try the following:
Reset your camera through the Roku Smart Home app:
- Open the Roku Smart Home app
- From the navigation bar select the Roku Camera that you want to reset
- Tap Settings (gear icon) in the corner
- Scroll down and tap Restart or Restart Camera
