Removing another user from account. PERMANENTLY
How does one go about removing a user from my account so there for the other user can't log into my smart camera or anything. I've changed my password, I've disconnected then reconnected to the device and they still can see on it

We appreciate you for reaching out about this. Please be aware that we don't have any option to remove a user from the account once the user is already logged in. It needs to be signed out manually from that phone.
