Red light on Outdoor Wired camera stays solid and will not respond to setup button
I plugged in the camera and the red light will not blink to allow setup. I have tried the following:
- unplugged and plugged back in (multiple times)
- held the setup button for 10 seconds through over a minute.
- plugged into multiple outlets
- tried using the cord of another Roku outdoor wired camera (same model, that camera works and wanted to test if it was an issue with the power cord, it did not work).
I have read through the comments of others who have had this issue and did every troubleshooting process that was suggested. Nothing is working.
Can you help me?
