Recorded videos downloaded from Roku cameras have no audio.
My cameras have finally been stable for a few months but I didn't do anything different. So it has to be something in the updates. Now the only issue I am having (that I wasn't having before)....if I download recorded video....the audio isn't on the video. Even though it plays back with audio before I download it.

Thank you for clarifying the problem with the downloaded event recording from your Roku cameras. Since this issue appears to affect all of your cameras, we recommend troubleshooting using a different mobile device.
Please download the Roku Smart Home app from your device's application store and log in using the same credentials associated with your Roku account. Once you have successfully logged in, attempt to download one of the video recordings again. This will help us determine whether the issue continues to occur.
