Re: Solid blue light on the Roku indoor camera
I just moved into a new place.
I have two cameras and both cameras are stuck on solid blue.
I have done every troubleshooting tactic.
Deleted the device from the Smart Home app.
Held down setup button more than once and probably held it for a minute a couple of times.
Unplugged camera a few times. From 30 seconds, a few minutes and I even left it unplugged for a whole work shift and came back home to attempt a reset. Replugged camera.
The light just stays solid blue.
Can anyone guide me on hard resetting or how to resolve this issue?
Like I said, I have done every single troubleshooting suggestio.
I even went on YouTube and all the videos that I saw were people just reading the instructions which is not helpful. I know how to read. 😭🤣
I also pay for the subscription to monitor events and I can't even set up both of my cameras because of this solid blue light issue...
It shouldn't be this hard.
