Playback after firmware update

How many people are experiencing problems with playback on there cameras after the firmware update mine made me update 8-1-2024 playback before the update is fine after is just a error code 2004. Pretty bad tech support had to escalate this because it still is not working makes a security camera kinda useless mabey they should test these forced updates before sending them out!
