Phone won't connect to camera when I'm not home

When I am at home I can watch all of my cameras but once I leave the house it will not connect

    Hi Dan1202,

    Welcome to the Roku Community!

    We understand that when you are not home, you cannot watch the live feeds of your Roku camera. Don't worry, we are more than happy to sort this out for you.

    Please ensure that you have an excellent internet signal on your phone when you are outside of your house. Check the internet connection signal strength because poor signal strength can prevent your Roku Smart Home app from working.

    You can also use your phone's mobile data if it is available. You just need to make sure that your device has a higher data limit. Furthermore, we would like to know what error you are getting when you are trying to access the Roku Smart Home app.
