Thanks for posting in the Roku Community!We understand the you're having a problem in updating your Roku camera. I'd love to help you with that. Please follow these steps:
- Restart your modem and router on your wireless network.
- Try again to update your Roku camera through your Smart Home app.
If the suggested troubleshooting steps didn't work, could we ask for more information to further assist you:
- How far are your modem and router from your Roku camera?
- What is the error message you can see if it is not allowing you to update the software or firmware of the Roku camera?
- Does your wireless network connection use 2.4 GHz?
