Outdoor wireless camera will not send notifications.

Thanks for reaching out to us about having an issue with your camera not sending notifications. We're here to help.

Here are some steps you can try:

1. Confirm the Roku Smart Home app and doorbell firmware are up to date.
2. Confirm notifications are turned ON in the camera settings.
   • Camera Live Stream > Settings > Notifications
3. Confirm Push notifications are ON.
   • Account > Notifications > Push Notifications
4. Confirm that the Roku Smart Home app is allowed to send notifications on your mobile phone.
