Outdoor camera won’t connect

I have an indoor wired camera and two outdoor battery cameras. All were operating properly until one outdoor camera suddenly would no longer connect or turn on. I tried rebooting the system and it still would not turn on. What else can I try or Is it a defective camera that needs replaced by Roku?
