Outdoor camera stopped working
My outdoor wireless camera stopped working. I've done everything I know of to troubleshoot, like delete and reinstall app, delete and reinstall camera and base, turned switch in back off and on again, did software update, checked internet connection & I don't think there's anything left to do. I did get the blue light in back of camera to stay on (was off for a while previously), but camera's still not working. My first camera was replaced by this one due to problems, so I may just have to change brands because I really need the camera. Any additional suggestions appreciated.

I get that the issue of your Roku Outdoor camera is not recording. No worries, I'd be glad to assist you with this issue.
Please note that the Roku smart camera will only record if there is an event or motion detected. Could you please check if there is an event recording from your Roku Ourdoor camera?

How to choose what to record:
To manage which events are recorded when a motion event is detected, follow these steps.- Select your device from the Home screen. Make sure your camera is on and you can view the live stream.
- Tap Settings
in the corner
- Select Event recordings
- Toggle on Record motion events
- Select Smart detection events instead of All motion events
- Tap Smart detection
- Toggle off the event types you do not wish to record
