Outdoor Camera live feed pixelates

I purchased an outdoor camera to watch our birdfeeders and when I watch the live feed on my TV the picture is not clear, it's sort of pixelating.  The camera is close to the house & the base is in line of site with the camera, maybe 10'.  The router is also about 10' from the base.  Is there something I can do to get a clearer picture?  Thank you

  • Hey there!

If your Roku Smart Home camera's live feed is blurry, it might be due to:

    • Weak Wi-Fi: Try testing your Wi-Fi signal strength.
    • Poor Camera Placement: Ensure the camera isn't obstructed or in a location that affects performance.

    Here's what to try:

    • Update the Roku Smart Home app.
    • Restart your Roku device.
    • Check for camera firmware updates.
