Notifications not working

My notifications stopped working on 2 of my cameras at the same time yes I have gone through all steps recommended this is getting incredibly frustrating.  My daughter likes to look at the camera from the TV could she have changed something on the TV app that is affecting this

      I see that many people are having the notification issue. Mine stopped working today and I have three days left on my free trial. I tried to set up my subscription, but can't seem to figure out how to do that. I go into my account, it shows the two cameras that I have, but not how to set up for the subscription. I need to have these cameras working, which is why I bought them in the first place. I've done all of the troubleshooting to the cameras, my phone app, my phone, etc. I've done everything that I see suggested on any post I've read. After two or three hours of trying to make this work, I'm stumped.

      HOW DO I SET UP MY SUBSCRIPTION SO I DON'T HAVE THE ISSUE OF NOT HAVING NOTIFICATIONS?
