Notifications not sent to iPhone
Why is there a time lag between an event and the notification I receive. I’m not getting notifications on my phone until 10 minutes after the event.

We would recommend trying to move the Roku Smart Home camera close to the base station to see if you are still experiencing the same issue. In addition, is your mobile device in which you are receiving the same notifications on the same wireless network as your Roku Smart Home camera?

DannyHow close is necessary because mine takes 30 seconds to send a notice to my phone. When I view the image, the person is out of the frame. My base is 20 to 25 feet away.
