I am having same problem on the SE camera ðŸ˜
I ended up calling roku and after being on phone for an hour the camera was defective.. Got a new one it work but it will not send A notification to my phone 😡 and I can not figure out why. I deleted and reinstalled a couple time

Hi Community users,
If you are still experiencing an issue with receiving notifications to your iPhone, can you please provide us with the following information:
-which Roku Smart Home camera are you using
-brand, model, and OS of your mobile device
-Log ID when this issue occurs (from the Roku Smart Home app, select Account > Roku Support > Submit a log)Once we have this information, we will be able to assist you further.

I just set up my camera for the first time and have the same issue. I will submit a log.

I'm no longer receiving notifications for motion detection on my floodlight camera either. I initially had trouble receiving them then reinstalled the camera and it worked and I was getting too many so adjusted settings. Once my trial subscription ended, I stopped receiving notifications altogether.

I am getting some notifications. It seems that there is no notification if the phone is near the camera when it detects something, only getting notifications when the phone is away from the camera.
