Purchased 2 cameras in July, on Dec 19 they stopped recording events and only takes pictures. I’m on the phone with them now lying to me telling me that it’s because so t have a subscription and my free trial ended. That’s ridiculous- you are trying to tell me my purchase came with a 5 month free trial!?!? No. No it does not. I’m not talking about “monitoring” which is a paid service. No. I’m talking about simple 10-30 second clips when it detects motion. Now I only get still shots, I can’t show my kids they lied with still shots. No matter what this agent keeps coming back to tell me I don’t have a subscription when there are several people in this thread WITH subscriptions that have the same issue that I do.
