This just happened to me, ROKU customer service said they had never heard of this issue and sent it to engineering. I can watch the video on the app, my cloud the sd card on my computer but there is NO sound. All sound worked and was enabled before recording and sd card was used. This was a VERY important footage that the AUDIO needs to be heard. Roku was no help. I can't find any help to figure out how to get the sound from the video
