How do I go back and see who came to my door. I have all notifications on. How do you review your footage? It's a outdoor camera I have set up in my living room window. I have it set to person, motion. What's the point in this if I can't see it get notifications? I have a subscription thru Roku as well. Someone please help me 🙋
Do you get any notifications? When these cameras first came out, I put it one in a window and it never detected anything. Verify that it works at all by pointing it inside and if it does, try it in the window again.
Unless you use a microSD card in it, it will only save a video if it detects motion, so that part has to work first. With a microSD card, you can set it to record constantly, but unless it has changed since I tried it a while back, you have to remove the card and put it in a computer to view the stored video.
