New Wireless Outdoor Camera record events issue
I am aslo having this problem with my new outdoor wireless camera. Ive done all these things that you've said to do multiple times and it still didn't work.

We understand that your Wireless Outdoor Camera is not recording videos. Here are some steps to resolve the issue:
Log out and back into the smart home app:
- Open the app and go to "Account" in the bottom left corner.
- Select "Sign Out."
- On the sign-in page, choose "Use a different Roku account" and manually enter your email and password for a refresh.
After logging back in, exit the app, lock your phone, and trigger motion on the camera. It may take up to a minute to receive the event notification.
