  • Hi Lenafoxxx69,

    Welcome to the Roku Community!

We are sorry to hear that your Roku Smart Home camera has been stolen. The person who took the camera has access to your Roku Smart cameras at home. No worries; help is here.

Please note that even if your Roku camera has been stolen, the thieves won't be able to access your Roku Smart Home app as long as they don't have access to your email address and Roku account. So, to avoid this from happening, don't share your Roku account credentials.

If you really feel someone has access to your Roku account, we suggest you change the password of your account and and email address. Please visit our Roku support article: How to change your password or email for your Roku account.

We hope you find this information helpful.

    Cheers,
    Riamie
