I purchased them from Walmart in August and they stopped working randomly. They no longer connect even with troubleshooting.

Hi Handyman1187,
Thanks for your first post in the Roku Community!
We noticed in your post that your Roku Smart Bulb SE is not entering pairing mode. We would be more than happy to assist you with this.
Before we begin, please let us know if this is your first time setting up the Smart Bulb or if you have done it before. In the meantime, we highly recommend trying the following:
- Restart your bulb by turning off the bulb manually with the light switch and then turn it back on.
- If the issue persists, factory reset the bulb
> Power on your bulb
> Turn the light switch off and on 3 times - Setup again: How to set up your Roku Smart Bulb SE
We hope this will be sorted out soon. Please keep us posted.
Cheers,

Hello,
I'm having the same issue here. I bought these bulbs and they are brand new out of the box. we installed one of the bulbs waiting for the blinking for pair and the bulbs would not even blink. We tried doing the factory reset and moving the bulbs to different areas and no such luck. I've made sure all the requirements for voltage were met, and nothing seems to work. Tempted to give up.
