Ok will give that a try. How do I preform a reset?

Follow the given steps below.
IMPORTANT: If a micro SD card is installed in your camera, remove it before performing a factory reset.
- Plug in your camera if not already powered on.
- Press and hold the Setup button for 10 seconds.
- Wait at least 30 seconds for your camera to restart.

Same thing with my Roku Tv won’t update anything including cameras and Amazon Alexa .Been hacked since I bought it
