Indoor camera wont zoom on my phone

 I used to be able to zoom in with my indoor camera when viewing live but that is not working anymore. It says Live in  the upper right corner and a arrow in the bottom right corner that was not ther...

Same issue here. App is up to date. Even tried to reinstall app. Still cannot zoom in.

    Same problem just started happening on android. Can no longer zoom in on live stream.

      I have  uninstalled app and reinstalled two times.  Reset all cameras and restarted phone multiple times.  Occasionally, I can pinch zoom live view but it is very rarely.  I know it's still a function because randomly it will let me.  Also, NEVER get logged  off but now get logged off my phone multiple times a day . ....sometimes in an hour.   Thank you for help resolving

        My Roku app stopped zooming while live on my samsung s22 about 3 weeks ago. At first it was sporadic. Now it won't at all. Tried all solutions mentioned. What did you guys do, put out a bad update? I was going to buy more cameras but no point if it doesn't work and you don't respond with anything but a standard preset response....
