Indoor Camera won't connect to Smart home app

Problem continues to occur after. In fact it's even worse after. The cameras won't reconnect to the app. No matter how many times the apps reinstalled; or the cameras reset. Completely deleted the cameras from the app. 

Is there an actual fix to the problem?
