Indoor camera that has solid red light, and I can't get it to reset

I have the same issue. And the response to it was pointless, because it says make sure you have a flashing red light which is the issue all together! It’s stuck red, will NOT flash, which is why it won’t connect to anything

    Could you please try to press the setup button? Until you hear the phrase, "Ready to connect." Let's see if that would make any difference.
